Swimming is fun but it’s also a pretty good active thing to do when you have time or when the weathers nice, the first health benefit is it keeps your heart rate up but also it takes some of the impact stress of your body swimming builds your endurance and muscle strength. The best benefit of all time is that swimming can provide a pleasant way to cool down on a hot day by yourself or with friends

Swimming is my favorite thing ever especially during the summer. Its so calming and relaxing but it can also be fun and entertaining. There are so many games and tricks that you can do in the water that you just can't do if you were on the ground.
