First time in the water
Swimming for the first time is absolutely terrifying especially if you don't know what to do, But its not that hard when you stay calm and focus on staying calm and lean your head back and float on your back and look at anything above you . Its better to stay calm because if you panic you might wear yourself out faster or start breathing to fast and have a panic attack. always remember to stay calm and you will be perfectly fine.
